DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1–2 tablets every 4–8 hours, not exceeding 8 tablets/day.
Children 5–12 years old: Half the adult dose, not exceeding 4 tablets/day.
Children 1–5 years old: Follow doctor’s instructions.
Take the drug 15–30 minutes before meals.
CONTRAINDICATION:
Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug.
Vomiting after surgery.
Gastrointestinal hemorrhage, intestinal obstruction or perforation, prolactin pituitary tumor.
Children under 1 year old.
CAUTION:
Do not use longer than 12 weeks in Parkinson’s patients.
For renal impairment: dose should be 30–50% lower than normal.
Caution in patients with liver impairment, pregnant or lactating women.
DRUG INTERACTION:
Anti-cholinergic medicines can inhibit the effect of domperidone.
CYP3A4 inhibitors (ketoconazole, erythromycin, ritonavir) increase domperidone concentration in blood.
Anti-acid or acid-secretion inhibitors reduce domperidone bioavailability; use after meals and not together with domperidone.
Domperidone can reduce absorption of drugs except paracetamol and digoxin.
ADVERSE DRUG REACTION:
Rare: milk bleeding, menstrual disorder, missed menstruation, gynecomastia in men, dry mouth, transient abdominal cramps.
Extrapyramidal symptoms are very rare in children and do not occur in adults.
Inform your doctor about any adverse drug reaction during use.
STORAGE:
Store below 30°C.

Keep out of reach of children.
