HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in approximately 200ml of water. Drink immediately after it has completely dissolved.

Adults: Take 1 tablet per dose, 3 times daily.

Children: Take 1 tablet per dose, 2 times daily.
Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight, at temperatures below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
This product is not a medicine and is not intended to substitute for medical treatment.
WARNINGS
Do not use in the following cases:

People with acute high blood pressure

People who are bleeding

Pregnant or breastfeeding women

Women with menorrhagia or abnormal uterine bleeding

Those with digestive issues, sensitive stomachs, or cardiovascular diseases
